Reaping the fruits of my labour...
Okay so today I went to college to collect my results for the first semester...
I was really shocked when my friend told me he saw my name on the Dean's List!!
For those of you who dont know what that is.... if you get included on the Dean's List.. it's sorta like gettin on the honour roll... you gotta have a 3.5 GPA or more during the semester...
And I was soo excited.... ran to the notice board.... checked for my name.. and there it was....
Hewafonsekage Ashani Marian Fonseka = 4.0 GPA!!!!
College Alegbra = A
Human Civilisation = A
Comp 1 (English) = A
*Squeeeee* .... I was SOOOO happy!!!! :D
And if I can keep up the 4.0 average for 3 semesters I can earn the chance to get an award at Award's Night.... =)
So here's to working my hardest this semester as well as for the semesters to come......... *fingers crossed*
