Another week of classes
Well the weekend was an okay weekend. I went home and hung out with some of my friends from home. I got see my dog which was really nice. My dog is the only person I feel sometimes is the only one that can cheer me up all the time. She is definitly my best friend. After hanging out with my dog for a while I watched tv until we left to go out to eat for my dad's birthday. We went to Hooters. It was fun. Like half the guys hallway from my dorm where there too. Then we headed on home. On my way out I saw a flyer of trucks that are for sale in the area. I took one and when I got home I looked through it. I found two good ones. A 1998 Chevy blazer that is a forest green or a 1997 GMC Jimmy that is black. My dad actually said lets go and look at them.
Saturday morning I got up at 8 and got ready to head out and look at some trucks. We headed all the way to Palmer which is where the GMC Jimmy is to find out that he doesn't even open until 11 that day. We left a card and I also left a message on his answering machine. He called us back later and my dad said if I got a chance that I should go down there and test drive it. Alyson and I headed on down to Palmer and I test drove the vehicle. It ran great from what I could tell considering I know nothing about vehicles. Then the guy told me about the vehicle and then Alyson and I headed back to my house. She headed off to work and I just hung around the house slowly getting ready to go out. Then my friend Zac came over and we talked and chilled watching tv. I love hanging out with Zac. With him I can forget about everything and be stress free. I can tell him anything and he listens and helps me out. After he left I headed to bed.
On Sunday I woke up and my dad called to tell me that he looked at the 1998 Chevy blazer. The place wasn't open, but from what he could tell it looked like it was in good shape. When my parents got home from shopping I headed with my dad to go and look at the blazer. It is a really nice green and it looked really clean inside. My dad said he was going to check his schedule and see if he had time to test drive it on Monday.
Now it is Monday and my dad has time to test drive the vehicle. I might be able to go with him depending on how much time he has because the place closes at 6. If it runs good and everything my dad is going to buy it. Yes I will finally have a vehicle. I was very glad to have gone home this weekend. Now I am just waiting for a call and find out what is going on!! lol So hopefully by this weekend I will have my own set of wheels again!! Well I gotta make some lunch and get ready to go to math class. Laters
