I just got back from California, from my first family vacation in years. We spent 4 days in Disneyland , and I learned about this new thing they have there called a Fastpass. I'm sure some people probably have heard of it before, but if you havent, it's a system that allows you to sign up for rides with long lines. You get a card that tells you a time period when you can come back, and you're able to come to the front of the line. Now, it was very handy, but I had some trouble feeling right about it morally. I mean, here were all these people who had to wait in line for two hours to ride one of these rides and we got to just walk right on. The only thing that made me feel better about it is the fact that everyone has the same opportunity to use Fastpass, but some choose not to. I don't know, I couldn't decide whether it was a really great idea, or a really mean one.
I just thought I would post and see what some opinions are. Or maybe it was just me who felt a little guilty.
