It wouldn't be a holiday without Tsuzuki eating himself into indigestion or a food coma or some combination of the two. Food coma seems more apparent: He's currently passed out on a couch in the main room, some tell-tale smears of chocolate about his mouth and his belt loosened

He'll groan a bit in his sleep, then opens his eyes. "Maybe I shouldn't have had that half dozen Cadbury Cream Eggs," he mutters, one hand going to his stomach. Then he looks up at Mia sheepishly. "Errr, hi," he fumbles, a bit embarrassed to be caught in this situation.

"Well they are delicious, so it can't really be blamed..." She may sit next to him.

"How've you been?"

He'll shift a bit, giving her more space to sit. "Ah, it's been a bit up and down: my partner and I started a detective agency here; we'd only just got organized when we had two really hard cases turn up."

“The Shadow Angels, right? Phoenix is a member, I assume?” Mia asks.

"Oh yeah, he handles a lot of the legal stuff, but he's done his share of gathering information when we've been on an active investigation," he says. "He's good at it: he's got drive and he's concerned for people involved."

Mia smiles at this.

"Yes sir, that's my Phoenix."

"Yep, that's him: you know him? You're a lucky girl: he's a hell of a guy, isn't he?" he says, grinning, maybe a little mischievous.

there goes the Mia/Feenie ship tease again...

"He's a bit lazy and more than a little pitiable, but he truly believes in what he's doing."

A beat.

"What do you mean lucky, he has a girlfriend here, if I'm not mistaken."

He blinks a few times. "He does? Huh, why I did I think you two were, you know... an item?" he asks, awkwardly, and blushing a bit.

To be honest, they do look good together. But like a lot of pairings involving Phoenix, it has it's problems. Starting with Diego. :|

"I have a boyfriend as well you know..."

"Whoops, my bad!" he replies, with a blush, dropping his gaze modestly.

"It's alright..." She says in stride.
