Mood theme Making
Hi again~
TC1 here, posting a link to that .html file that tells perfectly how to create a custom mood theme through the admin console (my favorite way).
It's a .html file that will be downloaded.
::Instructions.html::
(In place of "Friends", put whatever you wish to name your mood theme, such as "Kitty" or "Pikachu".)
If you'd like to save the file, you can get it through sendspace here.
I still wish I could find the person who created that html help thing, but as their journal has long since been deleted and purged, I find it an impossible task. *sigh*
