It's raining, it's pouring, and I'm addicted to Yahtzee.

Well, sort of. It was pouring five minutes ago. It's stopped at the moment, but give it five minutes, I'm sure it'll be back. It's been doing it all day, and much of the past few days have been spent with rain. Well, actually, yesterday was absolutely beautiful-sunny, 26 degrees-until about 6pm when it started to pour. Sigh. And here was me, with hopes for a nice weekend. Ah well. Oh look, the sun is coming out...teehee, silly clouds think they can trick us into going outside-it did this about twenty minutes ago, too. Actually, I may be going out in a little while, I don't know...it depends on if Natasha gets back to me. We talked on the phone the other day about maybe getting together to do something, but she hasn't gotten ahold of me yet to let me know if she's got to do something with the kids she takes care of or not. I sent her a text message a couple of hours ago, so we'll see...

And yes, I'm addicted to Yahtzee. lol. I used to play Sorry! all the time on games.com, and after playing a game of it with my friend Marissa, she suggested we play Yahtzee. I'd forgotten how cool this game is. lol. I play it all the time now, even though I keep losing. Sigh. Oh well. lol.

Beyond Yahtzee and stupid weather, not much is going on here.I talked to Pavla this morning-she's leaving for her new au pair job in Sweden in about ten days, so I won't be going to the Czech Republic on my vacation. Oh well. Natasha has the same week off so maybe we'll be able to do something cool. Maybe I'll finally get to the Apenheul...hehehe. It's kind of like a zoo, but it's just different species of apes and monkies. And the coolest part-they're not in cages. They can just wander around, so sometimes you end up with a monkey on your shoulder. I really want a monkey on my shoulder. lol. I know Kyra at least wants to go too, so maybe me, Ingrid, and the girls can go during that week. Hmm...

I'm coming home in 52 days!!! Who's exited?? I'm excited. I have to check in for my flight at around 8:50 am on July 26, and the airport is three and a half hours away so me, Ingrid, and the girls will be taking the train to Frankfurt the day before and spending the night in a hotel so that we don't have to start driving at some ridiculous hour of the morning. Ton won't be there, he'll probably still be in India for work. And then it's Clinton shortly after I get home..wooo...even if I always hate the drive up there (Fraser Canyon-beautiful..but I always feel so sick. :( ) I really don't want to miss it. Be interesting to see how awake I am though...yikes. lol.

I've really got nothing else to write right now. I should probably be tidying up my room a bit...it's not that bad, but I've got dirty laundry to bring downstairs and my desk is a disaster. But ya see, I could clean up, or I could play Yahtzee some more...
