Getting skinny...hopefully

So thanks to sitting on my ass all day long for 3 weeks minus the weekends...and all of the fast food eating that was done on the weekends, i've managed to gain a few pounds, even with running my ass all over the floor for endless hours. So...I've decided to go back on my Sunday diet...but this time it is my Monday diet. I think it is going to work out like normal so that is good. If you are trying to lose weight, you should try it. All you have to do is exercise and eat healthy for 6 out of 7 days, and then on the 7th day you let yourself eat a few things you shouldn't be able to eat on a diet. It takes away the weird cravings for things you get when you are on a diet for 2 weeks straight, and it doesn't hurt the weight loss too badly at all, unless you go crazy on that one day. Also, thanks to apex counting as my exercise on friday, sat, and sunday, all i have to do is go on the treadmill for 4 days a week. I think I can manage that. I've been outside spinning everyday except today, because it was way to cold and I couldn't stand it for more than 2 minutes. I guess winter is finally here 2 months later. But tomorrow is going to be warmer i think and less windy. So I can practice that flag parallel that you have to do a turn around to the right under it. It is the coolest looking toss I have ever seen and I really want to be able to do it. I just need to suck it up and turn and I think it will be fine. My rotation is right. I am just a wuss. I finally got rid of my parallel phobia woot! and now i have to turn under one so its like back a few steps lol. But its something I have seen people do and always thought i would never do that and getting this toss would be just a huge accomplishment for me. Parallel AND a turn under it! Hopefully tomorrow it will be nice enough and not too windy so i can practice it and will be able to do it this weekend, cause it would be MAXED OUT if that stayed in the flag ending. This show is going to be unstoppable once it is all put together. I am so excited for this season!!! :-) I've also been working on my turnout...sitting in front of the tv in that frog position or whatever it is but I think i've been doing it too much cause my hips are really sore now. and i don't really see any better of a turn out. My left leg is fine but my right leg is a lot less turned out for some reason. Weird. Oh well I've only been doing it for 3 days and i'm sure it doesnt happen over night. I'll see what happens in a month. Thats all I have been doing all day long, plus watching way too much tv. But there really is nothing much else to do. I organized the pantry today. Something productive. Other than that, my life is pretty much useless. Well gonna go run on the treadmill woot then watch some more tv. I'll update next time something somewhat exciting happens!
