To whom it may concern, Kellen P. Foster is alive and well. I will be back in the game by this wknd hopefully. A new phone and a new location (boo hoo) may actually do me some good. At least a phone will anyway. My roomy and I are just hanging out around Ruston. We've been volunteering where we can and helping out at different shelters.
