I've had a really good day today, it's such an odd feeling!! I got up early at half nine (early for me!) and went to Morrisons with Lynne to do this weeks shopping. I bought some nice stuff as a treat this week cos i felt in need of it! Then we had a stir-fry for lunch which was very nice if i do say so myself!! Then this afternoon, I applied for a job with the Halifax building society and looked at going back to uni to study History either this coming September or next.
This evening i'm going out for a meal with my old housemate from last year which i'm quite looking forward to so all in all, it's going to be a good day i hope!
And i'm not the only in my family thinking about career things. For the first time since i was about 4 years old, my mum has applied for a paid job!!!!! i hope she gets it, it might actually give my parents some friends outside of church. Hope they don't strain themselves!!
Anyway, i really ought to go and get ready if i'm going out soon!! Take care all.
