Forgive me if you don't find this relevant, but i was reading Best Buy Sucks and i was thinking about how if a website is going to try to demonstrate how bad Best Buy is, maybe they should keep better track of the complain stories they put on the site. Because really? It doesn't help your cause when you list EB complaints like this.

I went to Best Buy to buy a rewritable CD drive. The salesperson was so rude to me by saying that I didn't know what I was talking about. I have been working on computers for 15 years and he is only 18 years old. I knew more about the darn component than he did and that is why he started getting rude. Well anyway, during checlout I told the cashier that I wanted to talk to the manager which I did. The first thing that I said to the manager was that I always thought the customer was always right and from there he stopped me in mid sentence and said "That's not true anymore". I then said that I would not be buying the CD drive from them and walked out. I can't believe the nerve of that manager to stand there and tell me that. He just lost about a $300 dollar sale. Any company that allows managers to behave like that should not be in business and I hope that someone does put them out of business or at lest sues them. I really think that their oriental workers are bringing a little too much of their philosophies to the United States and I do not want any part of it. Please let me know if there are any class action lawsuits against them based on race discrimination, I think that I am a victim.

Let's see...'customer is always right' mentality.
Racial comment, followed by they themselves claiming they were discriminated against due to their race.
Oh yeah, we have a winner.
