stuff about clothes, mostly
I bought new clothes in London! And I have opinions on them, and would like others' opinions, so have a post with photos in it for once.
This sweater isn't new-- I think I've posted pictures of it before, but it's a somewhat unusual color, and since I'm usually pretty conservative about palette in my clothing I've been trying to come up with other colors it goes well with. Muted pink works surprisingly well; so, I think, does this skirt, which is new. But . . . green and red. This sweater and this skirt, y/n? I don't even know what kind of top would go well between them, honestly. Just a plain black or white blouse?
This is just about the cutest dress in the world and I will fight you if you say otherwise. It bugs me around the shoulders, though; I think the sleeves are too puffy, which on a not-too-curvy girl like myself makes me look a unfortunately bulgy. Taking the sleeves in would be five minutes' work, though.
This is, obviously, not an article of clothing; it's the rosebush on my windowsill. I was positive all the leaves would have dried up and died after three weeks of no watering; in fact I was a little heartbroken, because there was an enormous bud just about to open and instead of getting to see my rosebush bloom for the first time in months I was leaving it to shrivel up.
Instead I came home to this :D
