work has been kind of kind; students have been more obedient than i thought they would be. alhamdulillah cos having to wake up thrice at night and then leaving house @ 7.20am really makes my heart ache. especially when the pumpkin's still asleep. today was the worst, i think, i came back for late lunch (which is bad for me) @ 3.30pm and then had to leave an hour after for tutoring, only to reach home close to 7.
i know it will all be worth it though. i owe that boy 2 day outs and alhamdulillah he now knows how to laugh out loud! seeing him make his progress is really an eye-opener. i still find it hard to believe that he was that sweet pea that i carried around once. he's now learning how to hold out to things. and i make him watch Dexter & Glee with me and it's all good :)
