GO!
I think I might finally be starting to get it. I've been grinding away at the igowin software, which is a 9x9 board with varying handicaps that progress as you do. I've been stuck at about 17 Kyu for weeks and finally started to get some of the spacial tactics. Giving ground being a bit of a breakthrough for me, as I was playing to respond to every move with another attack previously. This drops me to about a 14 Kyu against the computer in just a few matches. Its finally starting to make some sense and I'm progressing again. I figure once I get to about a 10 I might be able to play a human at about a 40 and not embarrass myself too much :)
