Looking for Inspiration

In the spirit of keeping this community alive I'm asking for help getting some inspiration. I have some yarn that was given to me with the idea I would make a coat. I'd love a coat I could actually wear as outer wear, not just another layer inside. To me this means it needs to close well, have a collar or matching scarf, be at least mid-thigh in length, and have long sleeves that fit closely without being ribbed at the cuff.

I have basically an hourglass shape (waist smaller than bust and hips) with my hips slightly larger than my bust.

Any thoughts?
