There's a very cute app in the market that lets you run TiddlyWikis on your Android -
http://tiddlywiki.org/wiki/AndTidWiki You can run them without the app if you set your browser to - content://com.android.htmlfileprovider/sdcard/ and the directory on your SD card where the html file is located (you can do this to any locally stored html file - however, you can't put the bookmark as a shortcut on your home pages, only as a bookmark within the browser).
However, much like hosting a TiddlyWiki on a website - it's read only, no write access.
When using AndTidWiki, you get write access.
