Web Diplomacy
This looks like fun - I set up my own instance of the open source web diplomacy PHP game here-

It's got a CRON job that runs every 10 minutes to process turns and currently looks stable :)
Have a play and let me know what you think, and if it falls over.
My intention here is to see if I can put in the variant I was going to program separately myself ages ago (which you can find here- http://www.curufea.com/games/diplomacy/ )
Now off to buy an iPad for kaffles who has just been confirmed as permanent UC6!
(this also lessens my guilt over hogging the Alienware to play games in bed)
