Last Full Week of Summer

Last night I probably made the best spinach quiche to date. It literally tasted better than any of the other ones I’ve made. I added a few artichoke hearts to it cause Ann said she liked ‘em. Our Greek Feast was very fulfilling. Dan and Ann were gracious hosts, as always. We had pita chips, hummus, falafel, the quiche, salad, and rice. It was incredibly delicious and the fact that it was all pretty much home made and enjoyed over a candle lit atmosphere made it all that much better.
On Monday I went to work for an early meeting in the Harmonium office. Afterwards, Jim and I went to Red Lobster where he told me he’s had a change of heart regarding a few work issues. I wasn’t too stoked on that and I told him why. I also learned that nosey people need to back the hell off. I’ve been really annoyed by one in particular. If they keep it up, I’m going to have to ask ‘em professionally, and kindly as possible, to refocus their attention on what concerns them.
Sunday was pretty chill, not too much going on.
Saturday was pretty awesome. I made the Epicentre over twenty-five hundred dollars.
Friday was fine as well. After work, I met up with Erin and her cohorts. We ended up going to Scolari’s which wasn’t all that fantastic, in my opinion. We left to play pool at this bar Stephanie and I like to play at in Hillcrest. After our pitiful game, we went back to Scolari’s to stalk a guy she sorta knew. Then we ended up at his roommate’s place where we shared a beer and left almost as quickly as we got there.
I can’t even remember what I did Thursday so I suppose I’ll stop by recap on Friday.
Stephanie comes back from Minnesota today… finally.
Matt moves back to San Diego in two weeks!
I start school next week.
I need to go to LA soon. Haven’t been shopping up there since Vegas… oh my god. I need to get on that now.
