So I had my interview with the guy from Jack in the box today... there are some good things and some bad things but all in all I think it will be a better position so I took him up on it. Still contemplating staying at Wendy's as a crew member just in case things don't work out then I wouldn't have lost my tenure. So that's it, I gave my 2 weeks notice today and I told the Operating Coach with JIB that I was accepting his offer... just have a few kinks to work out and I'll be running my own store.
