ok, this is definately NOT official, cuz i only heard it thru the grapevine, but if it's not right i swear i'm not making it up, but: i heard from a friend of conor oberst's brother, matt, that tim kasher is quitting music. apparently he wants to write movie scripts or..books or something. i'm not sure.
anyway, if it's true, it's really sad. not only that there won't be much more from the good life or cursive, but because matt says tim kasher, while he's a great songwriter, isn't a very good screenwriter.
i guess we'll see.
