What the heck is wrong with people who believe in evolution?

I read an amazing, Christianity based book on evolution and how it is false. It described a time before the Great Flood when all life existed. There were mammals of all kinds, including nearly humanoid apes, all fishes and crustaceans including trilobites and whatnot, and all reptiles and birds as well as insects, all which would have been huge because of the high oxygen levels. It even goes on to say that we lived alongside the dinosaurs of the past; including the possibility that there may have been one or many dragons, which I thought was pretty amazing because I love dragons. Can you imagine what our world may have looked like 6000-10,000 years ago? All i can say is...wow! It includes the fact that other than moving somewhere else to live, we never migrated in huge crowds (other than the 12,000 that followed Jesus that is) to another part of the world, because I believe we were one big land mass at some point.

During and after the Great flood, the land was broken and separated by the sheer force of the water and maybe, by God's will. After landing on a mountain top,all the collected animals went and bred and re-multiplied. I would imagine God would have allowed interbreeding to a point and then let them be. Quite fascinating. I may have left a few points out or got a couple wrong, but this is what I read.

I would like to say that this book includes scripture from the bible and as we all know, the bible is the truth and nothing else is.

evolution, dinosaurs, bible, animals, god, dragons
