Synopsis: Kouyou finds his life ruled by the glimpses of him he can see.

He's like a kid.
He's an orphan.
Lost.
With no direction home.
They say home is where the heart is.
He took a detour.
A part of the learning process.
And now look where he is.
He's the forlorn human on the ground nursing his wounds.
When he gets up he makes the same mistakes all over again.
He thinks he's insane.
Maybe he is.
But he tries.
To look for a heart-centered way of life.
And what he sees in front of him is frightening.

There were bruises on his knees. Trails of blood even, turning black on some parts. Drying. A drought in his heart.
He had crawled on the ground, drunk.
His clothes were dirty. His hair a mess. His face...
The onyx make up around his eyes had run over his cheeks. He didn't know if it was the rain at 4am or his tears that caused it.
Or both.
He looked at his short abandoned on the floor of his bathroom. At his naked body in the mirror and cried even more.
If I could, I'd take a razor and I'd disfigure this face.
- I hate you.
He wondered who he really hated. Himself? His mother? Yuu?
He stepped under the shower to wash away the undesirable thoughts his head was filled with. To clean himself to the core.
When he stepped out...
His knees had pink scratches. A hole in his heart. His skin was shaken off of the dirt. His hair dripping. His face...
Pure, no devices to make it different.
His eyes were swollen because of all the crying. His lips slightly bruised from all the biting.
- I love you.

He almost fell, his feet entangled into a cloth. He took it from the floor, recognized his jacket and sighed. He hated his carelessness when drunk, how everything around seemed like a detail.
He pushed the door of his bedroom open and jolted from surprise when he noticed someone was sat at the table of his kitchen, a hand against his pouding heart.
He wondered why on earth his hairdresser was sat there, casually drinking a coffee in his mugs, wearing his slippers, the face tired and dressed extravagantly.
- Holy shit! Don't stand in the darkness like that!
A little laugh came from Takanori and Yuu was near kicking him out. He had forgotten all rules of polite society.
- You're absolutely not a morning person!
- Who would be one when they would find an almost stranger in their kitchen?
Takanori raised an eyebrow:
- After tonight, believe me, I'm more than a stranger.
Yuu frowned, scared.
- The fuck we did tonight?
- Drunken sex, mindbowling to tell the truth.
The stupor of Yuu killed Takanori who after few seconds roared with laughter and admited they didn't do anything like that. At this instant Yuu was near murdering him.
- Your pure love for Uruha isn't stained, be reassured.
Yuu sighed:
- Did I tell you as well how I lost my virginity?
Takanori tilted his head:
 - Nope but I wouldn't mind hearing this story.
Yuu turned around, giving Takanori the finger and it made him laugh even more. He grabbed a cup where he served himself some coffee and took a sit in front of the hairdresser.
- What's this other guy's name?
- I didn't tell you?
Takanori shook his head.
- You had fallen asleep when I asked.
Yuu pouted.
- I don't know his name. I don't even know his face in fact.
Takanori grimaced:
 - Hey don't tell me you met him at the Black Moral or something?
Yuu didn't utter a single word back.
- It's insane. You should never hook up with someone at the Black Moral, it's totally inadvisable. It's filled with sick people addicted to all the shit imaginable on earth who make promises, swear they'll give you the moon and disappear in a dark alley with another prey.
Yuu stared at him:
 - Thanks for ending my life right now. Give me the gun already I can finish myself all alone.
Takanori rolled his eyes:
- Stop acting like a drama queen Shiroyama!
- If I pull out my heart, will it be okay?
- It will make of you an idiot!
- This is what I already am for your information. I fell in love! Evident proof it is!
Takanori shook his head, bothered.
- Falling in love isn't bad. You can't control that anyway so, it isn't really your fault. I mean I'm sure this person made their best to catch your heart...
- For what purpose? Tell me, I'm interested to hear your version of the story.
The hairdresser shrugged his shoulders:
- Maybe the sex wasn't that good. That would explain the sudden absence.
It made him angry at first, how Takanori could doubt about this stranger...Yuu looked at his coffee and said, hopeful:
- What if it's because he's afraid to love me?
- Stop comparing with Uruha.
- I don't compare him with anyone else!
- Sure!
The irony in Takanori's voice achieved him.
- Shit! You know nothing! You just judge, you didn't feel, you didn't touch, you didn't hear him, you didn't see his eyes and his smile. Stop assuming for God's sake.
The hairdresser pouted:
- Alright, alright. But if he's indeed scared, it's completely stupid to run away. The more you do, without fighting it, the more it will try to catch you back. Just face things already and deal with them!
Takanori noticed Yuu had lighted a cigarette during his small rant. He blowed the smoke making circles. He didn't speak anymore but only to tell Takanori goodbye when few minutes later he left the music producer's appartment.
- You'd get along well with a friend of mine.
Yuu raised his head and after few seconds looked away, outside. Takanori read the sign well and as if Yuu had feared he wouldn't get it, he said, calmly, a sort of sadness in his voice:
- 'Bye Matsumoto.
- I'm leaving. Take care Shiroyama.

- I thought it would only exist in movies. Those undefeated love stories!
Takanori smiled at Akira.
- Yeah me too I swear. I find this beautiful though...How hardly he holds onto it.
- He's such a faithful person.
- A bit too romantic to me.
Akira laughed.
- What do you think Kou-chan?
He looked at them, indifferent.
- Stop calling me like this. And I don't give a shit about this guy's stupid love life.
- As if your heart was made of stone yeah.
The glare he received in answer didn't discourage the haidresser.
- We all seek for love in some ways. Don't go all "I'm fulfilled by my monotonous bachelor existence".
Kouyou arranged the porcelain cups of the shop while saying:
- Who would bother loving me anyway...
- No one if you push people away.
Kouyou looked back into Takanori's eyes, defiant:
- Who do you love? Who's loving you right now? Keep all your love bullshit for yourself. The one who pushes love away is certainly you.
A cup fell on the floor. His anger boiling.
Why am I angry at Taka?
- You've changed since your little trip to your hometown. I don't know what happened but you left your real self there. Try to bring it back soon, I really miss my dear old Kouyou. Not this stinky bastard.
Takanori closed the door violently behind himself. The walls of the coffee shop trembled.
He didn't know why Kouyou hurt him this much.
Or he did.
- That wasn't necessary Kou.
Kouyou looked at his shaking hands, at the pieces of porcelain at his feet. Sakai barged in:
- You're not injuried Kouyou? Is everything ok?
The tall dark haired carefully collected all the broken pieces, his eyes burning.
- Be careful! Don't cut yourself!
When he stood up again, Akira's silhouette was disappearing inside Takanori's salon.
It was hard to see things clearly. It was hard to see through the tears.
I'm tired of hurting.
