Abilities and notes.
To note Arro's exact status, he is a cursed human, having been turned into a demon many years ago. This gifted him with his primary ability, "Analyze". How it works is it allows him to breakdown and determine the nature of energy. Using it allows him to copy attacks, even if he can't accurately imitate it; the data can be stored away later until he can make such changes to his person to allow him to use it. Failing this, he can take the principles and make his own attack or ability. The problem with it, is, he might not want to use it after seeing what it does and how it works; he might have simply been curious.
"Analyze" also works best if he receives the attack directly, otherwise he'll have to see it several times. Further more, "Analyze" lets him learn about people the more he's around them, so expect habits such has paying a little more attention than he should to food you eat, what you read, how you hold something, etc...
Energy Whip - Pretty standard fare, it works like Sesshomaru's though less likely to slice a target to ribbons right off the bat. This is a left-hand ability.
Dark Shot (dark)- A pile-driving beam of dark energy fired like a laser. While it seems like a simple energy attack it's like a high-speed press, and will punch through wood, soft stones, and lighter materials with ease. Usually it doesn't pierce flesh for some reason. This is not a spell, so there is no delay. This is a right-hand ability.
Spiral Strike (lightning)- A coiling arc of lightning. It has a wide range as all it needs to do is clip someone to stun them. It's primary purpose is more to incapacitate than damage, though it does shock decently enough. This is a left-hand ability.
Hell Thrust (dark, lighting)- A big ball of dual energies. This trick was learned when Arro had a period where his hands kept getting tied. By channeling through his wings, he can form a ball and fire it like a cannon. The ball is formed between his wings meaning he doesn't even have to have his hands free to make and use it.
Toxic Spines (earth by way of poison)- Simple explained, the spikes protruding from Arro's back, they're only around when he fully changes. Additionally, he learned how to puff up and shoot them at enemies. They regrow quickly and the small muscle plus venom sac sticks to you as well, so every second they're attached they pump more into the target. It's a neurotoxin, paralysis is the last symptom as he'd usually like to do whatever he plans while you're still alive.

Immolate Rush (fire)- "O, flames incinerate. Sear these hated souls, Immolate Rush."

Comet (non-elemental)- "Fragment of space, fall. Comet."
Dark Door (dark)- "Twisting gate of emptiness, open thy maw and feed, Dark Door."
Middle:
Frost Tower (ice)- "Chill this soul, carve this flesh, pierce this bone. Fall, from the breath of the heavens, Frost Tower."
Earth Cracker (earth)- "Now, wyrms of the deep, come forth and destroy this arena with your passage, Earth Cracker."
Hades Rush (dark, earth)- "Out from the depths, rise. Impale their souls for your pay, Hades Rush."
Pile Tornado (air)- "Breeze, roar forth, crush with this violent dance, Pile Tornado."
Advanced:
Black Sword (dark)- "O black depths of space, loose thy blade and rend my enemies to nothing, Black Sword."
Mjollnir (lighting)- "Drop, hammer of lightning. Strike down those that would stand in my way, Mjollnir."
Crystal Teardrops (ice)- "O God of the frozen lands, wipe thy tears of sadness and cast them nigh, Crystal Teardrops."
