But yeah, as he mentioned in the manga, the wounds from his fight from Itachi haven't healed, plus using the Amaterasu, it took a lot out of him-- and well, he has extensive internal bleeding along with multiple other wounds. He was sort of healed a bit, but injuries are still there.
