I LOVE THURSDAYS!!!
why?
Because I've survived my first week of grad school, and that means that tonight,
I ACTUALLY GET TO SLEEP!
And then I will have three glorious days to get ahead on my coursework before Monday, so that I won't be scrambling like I was this week. This class is absolute madness - 4 credits in 4 weeks. Accounting. Which is interesting, actually, and especially when I make use of my well-developed Excel skills, I'm not half-bad at it.
Also, the luck landed on my side and I will actually be seeing my raise on July 1 instead of July 15 - technically, if I get the raise on the 1st, I don't see the money until the 15th. Hooray!! That will help.
And speaking of spending money, I landed a 16G iPod touch for the price of an 8G - $299! It doesn't have the January software upgrade, which sucks, because it's not available for purchase anymore - the REALLY uninformed sales rep relayed information to me that apparently I have to wait for a 2.0 software upgrade at some undetermined point in the future. Boo. Well, at least I know apps will be there on July 11th.
Now I have to go buy a printer so I can do my homework in Excel instead of by hand, and also not have to print them out at work beforehand.
