I'm not sure what to do. I have been working at this charter school since January. I really like the school. Well they have not told me yet whether I will be working there next year. I told myself I would wait till today to figure out whether or not to start looking for another school. I called them today and they said they would call me back. I am still waiting for that call. I have to sign the contract by Friday if I want to stay there. But I am not signing a contract with a school that isn't sure what to do with me. So I am going to start looking into public schools starting tomorrow to see if I can find a job during the summer. I don't like how they have been going around in circles with me. I really hate being a floater, not sure where I will be working in August.

Edit: I just got a phone call from them. Guess what they told me, that I have to wait till next Monday or Tuesday. This is complete bullshit. Public schools here I come.
