Happy Thanksgiving! RAMBLINGS
the doctor says it seems I have a stress injury to a bone in my foot, but I should wait another week before maybe getting x-rays...so for now I don't have to wear a boot or anything, but I still can't run or walk normally- LAME!
It's snowing in Kzoo and it's 80 degrees here- it does not feel like Thanksgiving...I missed fall!
Jillian and I baked 3 pumpkin pies yesterday in this heat (w/ canned pumpkin Ian got us in the U.S. and flan crust instead of pie crust)..it was interesting!
I'm never wearing pants out to clubs/bars again b/c it's way too hot!
The best way to stay occupied when waiting for the train is to take 80+ pictures of you and your friends making faces...I'll be posting some soon..
Best quote of last night: we were going up this long, windy ramp to get to the train and I say, "can you imagine going up this in a wheelchair?" and Katie says, "you'll know next week" ...haha! ...NO I won't, my foot's fine(ish)
