Argh!
I know it's silly to be this annoyed at a cartoon, but would it kill them to actually follow the game mechanics in the Pokemon cartoon? I know they've always bent them a little, but when Godachu (seriously, Ash's Pikachu is usually ridiculously overpowered) gets beaten by a water/flying type, using Aqua Ring like Protect? That's just ridiculous.
