Oh, how I needed a community like this!
I just turned 18 and stopped hiding my hair behind a straightener!
I've learned to embrace my natural curls, and it really helped at
a wedding last Saturday when all I needed to do was pin back curls
in order to get ready, while the other straight-haired girls sat
back for two or more hours curling their hair. [:
and I just recently cut off a lot of my hair. I like it SO much better,
and it is a lot easier to get ready in the mornings, haha, just
wet my hair and go. [:
