Hi guys,
Just wondering if any of you have used Lush products much in your hair, most specifically 'Curly Wurly'. I bought some yesterday and am going to give it a try, but am worried it might be a bit heavy for my fine hair (but I have lots of it!).
I'm just wanting to hear about people's experiences/recommendations with Lush products really.
Also, I want to share annoying story and get you guys' opinions. I was in a different haircare store today and got given COMPLETELY different advice from two different salespeople. That really turned me off and made me think that neither of them may have known what they were talking about... so I decided to try something totally different and went to Lush!
I have a lot of hair, but it is quite fine and soft. I have big curls and waves, but it tends to frizz out a bit so I am trying to find something that works for me. Oh, and I have half a head of golden blonde streaks that tend to go brassy at times (I have a silver shampoo) and they are a bit dry. So with that in mind...
One of these people told me that my bleached hair was 'too dry' and 'not ready' for Redken Fresh Curls conditioner, but thought I should try 'Fresh Curls' shampoo and the Redken 'All Soft' conditioner. What do you guys think of this? The other one tried to steer me away from both of these lines, but was promoting the Redken 'Blonde Glam' line, especially this pack that had a leave in product for an extra $10 (even though I said I already had one). They just really turned me off by having such conflicting ideas. What do you guys think of this? I know it varies from person to person but I just struggle to find good shampoo and conditioner. Ugh. The second 'Blonde glam' chick really annoyed me cos she kept bagging the product that I said I really liked and had used for years (Tigi Bedhead, Curls Rock). Have you guys had this type of thing? And have you used these products?
I also read in a mag that the Indola Hydrate Shampoo is good for curls, but annoyingly they didn't recommend a conditioner. Anyone tried this?
Sorry for all the questions, I'm just in a 'hair' mood tonight! LOL
