Hey curly people :) I quickly glanced through a few entries and I already see some new things I want to try. I've never heard of using coconut oil, I'll have to get some the next time I go shopping and try it! When I was younger I read in Cosmo about using egg whites so I've tried that before......don't really remember how it turned out.
I was thinking about getting my hair cut soon and I really want to get a new style......I have no clue what though. I've had bad experiences at hair places, the last time I got my hair cut it was obvious that the girl rarely worked with people who had curly hair......she insisted on cutting it shorter than I what I had originally asked for while it was wet not taking into consideration that it would be a lotttt shorter once it dried :( Grrr. Another time this girl was combing through my hair after she washed it and was yanking the comb so hard through my hair because of how tangled it was (duh, it's curly) then she announced really loud, "WOW I'M GONNA NEED A PICK FOR THIS FRO". There have been a few other incidents but it has left me feeling pretty nervous when I get a hair cut. Anyone else have stories like that?
Anyways, Here are a few pics of what my hair looks like now. Any suggestions of how I should get it cut? I was thinking of layering or something but I'm really clueless when it comes to hair. I pretty much just wash and use a little bit if frizz ease mousse and go.
Thanks ahead of time!
