its very cute I think the way it is. But maybe you could cut a few inches not too much just to get rid of any split ends freshen it up and ;p my hair always just feels nicer after a hair cut

Everything looks evenly curly except the pieces framing your face - maybe have those pieces layered a little more so the parts that don't seem to curl as nicely won't take away from the overall look. Don't lose the banana, though.
