For the past month it was all right. The two major things during July were the Wisconsin trip and Mexico. From then, I figured there's two things in life...Drama and where your life fits in.
THE WISCONSIN TRIP....
The trip to Wisconsin was pretty neat. From neat, I meant spending a week with a group of friends, instead of staying home doing nothing. We stayed in Shannon's house in Pacwaukee (a small town, about 20 minutes from Wisc. Dells) the main events that happened in Wisconsin were probably dealing with the Fireworks, Cops, and drama. Two of the most funniest thing that happened was when all of us (Shannon, Kim, Lisa, Denis, Jay, Tim, this dumbass, and me) were buying over 50 bucks worth of fireworks the girls, in the "Girl's car", were flirting with these PR gangsters, and GG (the dumbass) was getting jealous so he signed some gang signs to them, which caused the PR's to get pissed and they wanted us to pull over from the road and fight. It was funny. But, Tim the driver from the "guy's car" managed to speed up to avoid them. Another Event was on July 4th, at 11pm, which we decided to fire some fireworks on the street. One of the fireworks we lit up was illegal, and we didn't know it was, "in-the-air-fireworks" and in about 5 minutes later Two State Police came and started yelling at us and grabbing our fireworks, like the cops thought we were able to hear. While the Cops were yelling at us, Lisa decided to walk away from the cops. When Lisa walked away the cops were yelling at her, "Freeze, Stay where you are, don’t move" and she didn't. So one skinny cop ran to her and was about to grab his gun, when I told the Fat cop, "She's deaf, and we all are deaf" the fat cop told the skinny cop to clam down and they began to take an easy on us. We were in HUGE trouble then, when the cops told me (as I interpreted to the group) "the fireworks are Illegal in Wisconsin, and it's a $275 fine." But since we didn't know it was Illegal, and because we were deaf, the cop gave us a warning and we had to clean up the streets. Also, the cop told Lisa to clam down and don't run away from any cops. (That was hilarious) After the cops left, I had one Firework in my pocket, and everyone was getting mad at me, because I had an illegal firework which I never gave back to the cops. (And I did it on Purpose) After the group got mad the Drama started. It was pretty bad, pretty nasty in a way, but in a manner it was kind of like a movie, the 4 actors/actress were fighting and some of us sat back and enjoyed. That pretty summarized what happen in the Wisconsin Trip.
THE MEXICO TRIP......
And so there was Mexico. (A second family vacation). Last year, my family and I went to Cancun, for my birthday. This year, we went to Puerto Vallarta, for my brother’s birthday.
To make the long story short, Mexico sucked. Why did it suck? It was because the resort "all inclusive" sucked. The beds were like stones, foods were all American made (which they can't cook for shit) the pool (which they say its the biggest pool in all Puerto Vallarta) was really dirty-meaning the pool was never cleaned, there was straws and plastic cups everywhere, and tiles were breaking off. Another bad thing about Puerto Vallarta's Meila Resort was the beach: which was disgusting.
The only good part of Puerto Vallarta was probably the weather. The weather there was sunny everyday in the high 70's-80's and in the nights it was raining. When my family and I saw rain we were so happy because in Chicago we didn't see rain for about 4 months. I wish the weather in Chicago would be like Mexico but I want snow.
There, in Mexico, I had a lot of memories. I met a few people from Long Island, New York and some from California, but never less I will miss Rita from Denver, Colorado. Everyday I was drinking alcohol Beverages until the day my brother turned 15.
That day, July 19th 2005 I pass out from drinking way too much Strawberry Martini. All day I didn't eat but drank, and it was extremely hot. That night we went to this expensive seafood restaurant, where I ordered a Big Strawberry Martini and I had a few shrimps and one Muscle. After awhile I felt hot and was ready to throw up. Where then, I got up and was going to walk to the bathroom, but I fell onto my chair and I went out. I couldn't even walk, talk, or open my eyes. After awhile I was ready to wake up when my dad told me to throw up and started hitting me in the bathroom because I refused to throw up. So then I said fine and there it was-- my entire strawberry Martini and all the seafood down the drain. (Sorry for disgusting you) From then I stop drinking too much.
Another memory was rifle shooting and archery shooting. It was kind of strange in a way because my dad and I practice archery all the time and we stunk in Mexico. But, in rifle shooting my dad got first in the competition and I placed 2nd. That was the greatest thing ever. I was surprised that my mom was good at shooting.
That pretty much summarized what happened in Puerto Vallarta. When the week was over and everyone in the family was ready to leave, our plane to Chicago was delayed. "Due to technical tribulations."
Here's how the story goes We arrived to the airport at 5:30pm and waited till 7pm, when the airport said the flight to Chicago have been delayed until 2am. From then, the airport kicked out all the passengers on the flight to a resort. When we got to the resort, they made us sleep outside with no blankets; no mattress pads for the pool bench, and made us suffer with bugs. It was finally 2am, when Apple Vacations (a company that's in charge of vacations) said the plane just left Chicago a half an hour ago. It pissed off everyone. We went back to the airport and we stayed till 5am (without any sleep) the plane arrived. The captain came out and said "we won't be able to fly, we r having the same problem. We are now going to order some parts from Chicago and bring some mechanics." Everyone got piss, some people were complaining and yelling. I was like shut up, I rather be safe than be sorry on a broken plane. Anyways, it was then 9am, Apple vacations said they would transfer us to a really good resort and stay there until 4pm. Some of us went, and some stayed at the airport due to lack of luggage and they have childrens with them. Now, this resort was Da Bomb. It was so much better than the resort we stayed at. This resort had much better food, the drinks were great (corona's) and the pool was perfect. My dad was piss, and wish we stayed here. It was 4pm, and we went back to the airport. The plane wasn't ready yet. We waited till 8:25pm, and from then everyone was cheering and the mechanics were on the plane too. So I knew the flight will be safe. I arrived home at 1am went straight to bed.
Well, that's my July. The next post will be in Gallaudet.
