Well I haven't written in here for a while as I've been busy having fun and meeting people at college. The University of Minnesota rocks. I haven't had this much fun in a long time. I have met soooo many people here that have all been really friendly and I'm happy that I'm in the all freshman dorm. Everyone leaves their door open and is generally happy to greet any new visitor to their room. Hall 7 is the best hall of them all and we have yet to have someone puke in it. Our RA is pretty cool and she's really easy going which is nice. My classes are pretty easy for the most part. I have a lot of reading to do for History but it's interesting so I don't mind it much. Physics will be my hardest class, but so far its not too bad. The worst thing about it so far is I had to buy a $36 remote control thingy so I can get 5% participation grade. Ah well. For those waiting for an update on my brother he's doing well. He'll be back stateside sometime in October. My sister-in-law called the other day and said his unit wasn't involved in the ambush at all which is a huge relief. I don't know what I'd do without my brother. Hopefully I'll update this more often now that I'm settled in, but don't count on it.
