Well, I imagine I can watch live broadcasts, but is it really fair to demand a fee from me since I couldn't when I bought the device (since Aunty Beeb weren't streaming live events) and now they are... Doesn't seem fair. Fortunately there's no TV tuner on my lappy.
It's a dialbolical liberty that turns a "law-abiding" citizen into a criminal by forcing content onto a medium that never attracted a fee before.
