Today I have been mostly baking....
I commented on spikesgirl58's journal that our Christmas baking is mainly cake based. I have made a lot of fruit loaves, gingerbread loaves, and brownies - but I have also made sweeties (mincepie fudge and rum truffles) traybakes - Grasmere Gingerbread, Festive Tiffin, and cookies including white chocolate and cranberry ones and chocolate ones. NINJABREAD MEN!
Each brandishing a festive throwing star! And some right and some left-handed on purpose - because NYK2 and I are both kirree-handed.
Sadly I am not an expert with royal icing - but even so I am really rather pleased with them!!
