We have been having beautiful weather -sunny every day for over a week. Temperatures warm enough to go around in shirt sleeves-17 -18C, so mid 60sF. It was very windy at the end of last week - too windy to put out washing as it became would around the line in a matter of minutes. But calmer this week

Where I live 18C is considered quite chilly - I'd have a jumper on.

We rarely get up past 21 or 22 even in mid-summer, so this is nice for us.

I have new shoes - they make me happy! They also make me look a bit Minnie Mouse around the feet, but there is certainly no chance of my toes feeling squashed, and how can you not smile in shoes like these?

Definitely happy-making shoes.

Thank you. She still looks quite frail to me, but is definitely improving quite quickly.

I chose the shoes, rather than similar ones, because the sides go so far back, if you see what I mean, so I am not walking out of them they way I often do in slip -ons.
