It can be. There's a group called the Blue Rogues that've muscled their way in. Honestly if it's not the Malnosso screwing with our heads, it's those guys terrorizing the populace in our downtime.

Well, she's confident Goku could kick their butts but it never hurts to be careful. Besides she would prefer to not get in trouble, she's not enough of a hero to think that they should do something about that group and bring them down so they stop terrorizing the village. So long as they don't mess with her and Goku, they shouldn't get involved.]

I see, it's good to know about them then. I wouldn't like to get in trouble with them for not knowing they were around. Do they have uniforms or something that helps us to identify them?
