Oh lordy, I'm dying over this guy. HA! The ghosts are Tootsie Pops covered in fondant, and their faces are drawn on with an edible marker. Not a sharpie, as one of my co-workers suggested. No ink poisoning, please!
I'm about ready to stuff five of these in my mouth. The cupcake and frosting recipes are from Martha Stewart, very good and verrrrry easy.
