I want to make 7 Up cupcakes for my office tonight, half with lemon frosting and half with lime (assuming I can find lime extract). All the recipes for 7 Up cake I've found online say to use a bundt pan. Is that just customary, or is it because of the way it cooks? I'm nervous to do it with cupcakes now; has anyone tried it before?
Any hints would be appreciated!
