Most cupcake recipes will dictate a yield number, which I've found usually runs a little low.

For whatever reason the recipes that managed to catch my eye never said that >_< it didn't occur to me to look in other recipes for proportions because maybe not all of them were like that =X so sorry for the stupidity!
