Baking time to size question...
I have a few recipes for average sized cupcakes. I was hoping to use those recipes in my 1 cup muffin pans. I was wondering how I figure out how long I should bake the much bigger cupcakes for? Is there some sort of formula or should I just poke at them with a toothpick?
