viking cupcakes (pt 2)!
These are the cupcakes I made for a friend's surprise party... he had no idea! When my boyfriend and I left a few hours later, there were only 8 or so left of the 2 dozen I had made. One guy even gave me a hard time and was convinced they were store bought. HA!
I had to make them last minute, so I cheated and used box cake mix but made vanilla buttercream frosting, courtesy of Bakerella
