Cupcake Attempt Two - Rainbow vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting
Here's my second batch! They were so fun (and messy!) to make :D
This is also my second time piping. The cupcake in the photos is the only one I piped. I thought I was doing really well but when I started to pipe my second one my piping back SPLIT! I must have bought a dodgy one :(
The recipe I used came from bakingbites.com/2009/05/rainbow-cupcakes/ who I think is awesome :)
And here are mine!
The cupcakes themselves weren't packed with flavour but that's where the buttercream really helped. They felt light and moreish!
Also, LJ cuts aren't working for me. Sorry :(
