Lemon & White Chocolate Cupcakes

Lemon flavor is mostly in the cake and is quite delicate. If you prefer a stronger, tart lemon cake, I'd suggest adding a little more lemon juice. The frosting is white chocolate cream cheese and adds most of the sweetness. Quite lovely! Husband approves.
