apple cider cupcakes?
Can anyone recommend a recipe for apple cider cupcakes? I'd like to try them out for Thanksgiving. I found one on the coconut & lime site, but am looking for other options. I thought there was a recipe in VCTOTW, but I lost my copy! I'm thinking of using either cream cheese or caramel icing -- any preferences?
