Today is one of those special non-holiday holidays. Which makes it awesome. And no, I'm not referring to Sweetest Day, which was also today. Because I didn't remember that non-holiday until like 9pm.
The one I'm referring to is National Chocolate Cupcake Day. So, in honor of this momentous day, I made some nummy chocolate fudge cupcakes with dark chocolate frosting. And considering my love of holidays, I threw in a little Halloween in the decor. Yes, it was a lovely day in Amanda's Kitchen.
