I made some things this weekend some oranage cupcake bites and a cupcake pumpkin (not pumpkin cupcakes).

mmm those look nummy. I made them once too, but your flavor combo sounds lovely. When I did mine I also crushed up an entire box of thinmint girlscout cookies and added it to the cake/icing mix. My household loved me forever.

oh they were quite possibly the most yummy thing on the planet if you like chocolate mint combo. Same effect could be accomplished by using the mint oreo cookies as well.
