Blue lemonade madness!
So I'm sitting on the train at 8:30 thinking, "Man, I wanna make cupcakes. I want them to be blue.. and maybe fruity. But definitely blue."
And that's how I came about with blue lemonade cupcakes. Originally there were going to be raspberries to justify the blueness... but I didn't want any interference with the color. And so I give you... blue lemonade cake with cream cheese frosting!
I know everyone here's tired of seeing the whole rainbow batter, but let me tell you! I've been wanting to do a swirly blue and yellow color scheme for MONTHS. So there.
Kinda had to make due with less icing by, uh, knifing it on. Lame!
Yeah. Totally squished the icing on this one. So I ate it.
In other news... does anyone have the issue I do where I end up making no where NEAR enough icing for piping? I hate it so much. GRAH! What an annoyance.
