♥ Your cupcake history: Although I've always done the occassional cookie or cake mix like any other girl, I got into baking more seriously around last december. I love making pies and tend to bake cupcakes WITHOUT icing (which is such a paradox, right?) because my family attempts to be healthy too much for its own good (while overindulging in OTHER foods). But I'm beginning to make them more and more, especially as my schoolmates are very happy guinea pigs for whatever I bake!
♥ Why you like cupcakes: They're so mobile and convenient to carry around! A cupcake is a little piece of heaven, without it being too sinfully indulgent due to its quaint little size.
♥ Cupcake photos, recipes, or other interesting cupcake-related tidbits that you found:
These were my very first cupcakes (from quite a long time ago) The frosting's slightly melted though, so it looks like a mess of yellow goo :(
This was pineapple flavoured with cream cheese frosting and tasted heavenly (although it didn't look that fabulous)
This was me trying to make it look spiderman-ish but failing badly. My sister called it an OCTOPUS!
Yes, I know this is such a bad cliche - more rainbow cupcakes - but I HAD to give it a try! They didn't rise as much as I thought they would, it being actually an orange cake recipe, but was a fun experience anyhow because I totally went crazy with the colours and didn't bother about layering them at all, heh heh. Unfortunately I don't have any after pictures because my camera's battery died :(
