Belated Easter Cupcakes
I meant to post these days ago but forgot until now. They're part carrot cake, part vanilla, both vegan and very tasty. Stole the idea for the basket cupcakes from the Wilton website. I planned on doing the basket weave on all of them but it got very tedious very quickly, so I decided to try some bunnies. I know, a couple of them look a little rabid. ;) I wanted to submit them for the Easter challenge, but I guess I'm too late. :(
